Payment/Deposit: A confirmation deposit of 50% of the Total is due at the time of booking. These monies are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. An additional security deposit and/or credit card information will be required and charged in the event that there are damages to the house(s), furnishings, appliances or property.

Clean-Up: You are responsible for taking everything that you brought to the property. Please, do not leave food. All cooking utensils and dishes need to be cleaned and put away before checking out. Trash needs to be disposed of in the green dumpsters behind the grey, metal shop. Money will be deducted from your security deposit/charged to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required.

Hunting, Horses & ATV’s: Renters are not allowed to hunt or ride horses or ATVs on the property unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by Bar 7 Management.

Damages: Renters agree to properly care for the house(s) and grounds and agree to restrict use to only those people included in this rental agreement. The Renter and all Party Members shall pay for any loss or damage caused to the Bar 7 Bed, Bath & Barn (Bar 7 Management will be the sole judge as to the condition of the house(s) and grounds after the Renting Party leaves). Abuse, neglect and damage of any kind, including abnormal wear, is the sole responsibility of the Renter. Permission is hereby being given to charge credit card on file and/or make security/cleaning deposit deductions if it is determined that damages have occurred to the grounds and/or houses.

Hold Harmless: No conditions expressed or implied are part of this agreement unless noted heron and signed by both parties. The Renter hereby agrees to indemnify and defend Bar 7 Bed, Bath & Barn and Ranch and hold aforesaid and all of it’s partners harmless from all claims, demands, suits, judgments, actions, costs, and expenses, including actual attorney’s fees, arising from or in any way connected with any damage or injury resulting in death, to persons or property resulting from the use or operation of Bar 7 Bed, Bath & Barn and Ranch, equipment, or any activity on the property including, but not limited to hunting, horses, weddings, events and the use of vehicles. Renter shall promptly notify Bar 7 Management of any accidents, injuries or damages incurred by, involving or caused by Bar 7 Bed, Bath & Barn and Ranch.

Waiver of Defects/Disclaimer of all Warranties: The Bar 7 Bed, Bath & Barn facilities and equipment are being leased “as is, where is” with no representations or warranties of any kind related to the equipment including, but not limited to, warranties against patent or latent defects in the material, workmanship, construction or capacity of the house(s) and their equipment. Any warranties as to the fitness for particular purpose or merchantability are expressly disclaimed. Renter acknowledges that there have been no express warranties, guaranties, promises or representations concerning the house(s), their equipment and the grounds.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by Bar 7 Management. An additional deposit is required once approved.

Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the house(s). Please smoke outside, take proper care in extinguishing your cigarettes and dispose of your butts in the provided containers.
